Coaches have the players first and respect that the game is so beautiful and gratifying when the game is played by the players. It is not always about what many Coaches look for “Team Results”, it’s them in pursuit of a higher level of the game. When you see the game is played at a HIGHER LEVEL, that is when there is satisfaction, happiness, and joy in the eyes…of the players, of the team, of the coach, and spectators."
